Happy birthday! The birthday child, his friends and family are most welcome to celebrate a chocolatey experience with us.
Create a self-made hand-made chocolate lollipop from the finest Cailler chocolate in our Chocolate Workshop and then experience the museum tour in our Maison Cailler.
After the museum tour, a special surprise awaits the birthday child in our coffee shop. Enjoy the delicious home-made chocolate cake with your friends and family.

Please note that only children participate in the workshop and that a maximum of 2 adults may accompany the children during the workshop. Any additional adults will not be admitted to the workshop, but may take part in the visit at the reduced rate of CHF 8.50 per adult.

After a chocolate tasting, you will learn how to produce your own chocolate bar by choosing a milk, dark or white chocolate base and adding tasty ingredients. You will also personalize your creation with a chocolate piping bag. Observe and learn the art of crystallizing and tempering chocolate. With your personalized creation, you are able to keep your own chocolate mold and try out your new skills at home.

For the Fribourg’s cow parade, you can make excellent chocolates yourself. Discover the secret of Cailler Cuisine chocolate tempering. Chocolate tempering lets you create pralines with a beautiful, professional sheen and a smooth texture. We show you how to mold the molds for fun hollow molds with a cow print "Clara". In perfect timing with autumn, our chocolatiers will show you how to make two ganaches that can be used as interiors for your chocolates. Let yourself be tempted by chocolate and create your own personalized pralines, which you can take home without having eaten yet. You'll also receive a diploma with recipes and a Cailler apron.

Our chocolatiers will teach you the secrets of preparing your own French macaroons. After baking, you will experience that macaroons are perfectly round, shiny, appetizing and slightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside. You will pipe a delicious filling made from Cailler Chocolate and refine with the traditional pear syrup and double cream of “Gruyère”. These little treasures are really too beautiful to eat. Yet so irresistible you can't wait to show and taste them with family and friends. Not only you are leaving with your delicious macaroons. On top, we reward you with a personalized Diploma, the recipes, and a souvenir Cailler apron.

Here is a fantastic way to have a deliciously fun time. You will begin your adventure by Introduction of the chocolatiers and a chocolate tasting, followed by decorating two chocolate molds, choosing your favorite ingredients and combining them with the best dark, milk, or white Cailler chocolate. Each participant will pour the mixture into the molds and will finish it to create their own masterpiece. While the chocolate is setting, you will discover from our chocolatiers the origins of chocolate and art of preparing a shiny chocolate bar. To reward you for your great work, you can not only take your lovely chocolate creations home, we also offer you your own Cailler apron as a souvenir.

In our truffle workshop, the secrets of confectionary artists are revealed. Choose between Dark, Milk, or White Cailler chocolate and melt it into hot cream to begin making your ganache filling. Depending on taste, you can refine the filling with fine liqueur and spices. Of course, real truffles still need a coat of shiny, tempered Cailler chocolate. After coating, you will hand roll your little treasures with the topping of your choice and voilà your truffles are ready to enjoy right away or take home for later with a personalized diploma and original Cailler apron.
