Atelier du ChocolatMaison Cailler
Design your own delicious pralines with Cailler Cuisine Milk, Dark, or White Chocolate. You begin by preparing, roasting and caramelizing your almond sticks. While they cool, learn all about the vaccination method of tempering liquid chocolate. After your chocolate is ready, you will create your delicious rochers chocolates. We will then provide various ingredients: almonds, hazelnuts, dried fruit and spices for you to choose and create your very own chocolate mendiants to suit your taste. This will give your generous box of homemade chocolates, which you will take home to enjoy! Not only you return home with the delicious chocolate box, we reward you as well with a personalized Diploma and an original Cailler apron and hat.
