With our Valentine’s Day workshop we teach you the secrets of tempering your choice of 64% Dark, Milk, or White Cailler Chocolate and pour it into heart-shaped molds. After cooling, the pralines are filled with two different delicious fillings and then sealed. You will also learn the traditional craft of confectioners, enabling you to give your chocolates that final, expert touch. At the end of the course, you are able to hold your beautifully packaged chocolate hearts in your hand – as the most delicious expression of love that anyone could with for on Valentine’s Day. To be able to repeat this delicious Praline at home, we will give you the recipe, a personalized Diploma and original Cailler apron and hat.
